研究砷化鎵表面形貌對(duì)于極化自旋的電子注入效率的影響;

研究磷化銦表面各種重構(gòu)相;

研究砷化鎵(001)表面自發(fā)形成的島狀結(jié)構(gòu)在平衡態(tài)下隨砷蒸汽壓力和溫度的演變;

研究砷化鎵(001)表面自發(fā)形成的島狀結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生過(guò)程的動(dòng)態(tài)演變;

在原子尺度上觀察由溫度和砷蒸汽壓力驅(qū)動(dòng)的砷化鎵(001)表面預(yù)粗化和粗化過(guò)程;

參與構(gòu)建了分子束外延生長(zhǎng)設(shè)備與掃描隧道顯微鏡聯(lián)合系統(tǒng)。解決了系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合中的兼容問(wèn)題

研究銦鎵砷在砷化鎵表面的生長(zhǎng),粗糙化的靜態(tài)及動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程。
